1. Windows platform is executed under Windows console window: Netstat-nao | Findstr "9010"

View Port command: Netstat-nao

Find the port (9010) and the process PID command using that port: Netstat-nao | Findstr "9010"

You see that the PID 3017 process takes up 9010 ports, and if further you want to know its process name, you can use the following command:

tasklist | Findstr "3017"

If you want to kill the process, you can certainly kill it in the task Manager using the method described earlier, but if you prefer to be efficient, use the Taskkill command.
