- Processing capability indicators
Processing capability indicators are as follows: Number of system users, number of times of calls during busy hours bhca,Number of calls per second (CAPs), system capacity (capacity), and number of concurrent calls;
Description Indicators of the user traffic model:
- User calls, frequency of user calls; Ireland (ERL ),The duration of the call completed by the user in the unit of time,1 ERL indicates that the user's call time within one hour is 1 hour (One user can call for one hour,It can also be that the total call time of several users is 1 hour );In engineering computing, ERL is generally set to 0.1;
- Average Call time: the average duration of one call;In engineering computing, city calls generally take 60 seconds and long distance calls take 120 seconds,Video calls take 140 seconds;
Bhca indicates the number of calls within one hour:
- Usernumber indicates the active user (the user who has logged on to the system ),Generally, 10% of the total users are used;
- Usertraffic user traffic,The call duration of a single user within one hour;
- Averagecalllength, average duration of each call,Unit: seconds;
Caps indicates the number of calls per second:
If the number of concurrent calls refers to the system capacity:
During calculation to determine the processing capability required by the system, generally 20 ~40% redundancy capability;
- Call performance indicators
Call-related indicators, including call access rate, call loss rate, and call establishment/Release latency, latency, latency jitter, and voice quality evaluation indicators;
Total valid call Count = call count-(incomplete user dialing +Number of times that the user has no permission to dial + number of times that the user has dialed the blank number + number of times that the user has dialed the wrong number );
- Call loss rate: the rate of calls lost due to system reasons after a user initiates a call,Lost calls do not include busy users, unresponsive users, and out of service areas;
- Build latency:The latency returned by the user to initiate a call to the called user response or system response to the signal;
- Release latency: the latency when the user actively ends the call to the system to complete resource release;
- Latency includes system processing latency and network transmission latency;
- Information Production Department General Technical Requirements for Softswitch EquipmentThe average processing latency of the softswitch system must be less than 200 ms;
- Latency and latency jitter: Media Stream-related indicators;
- Speech Quality Evaluation: subjective evaluation (such as average opinion MOS) is performed manually,Objective Evaluation: automatic voice quality judgment by machines;
