3, Microsoft Office 2003 Environment

Office 2003 requires support for PDF virtual printers, and when you install a virtual printer, select File-> to print and select a PDF virtual printer in the list of printers to export to PDF.

Recommended virtual printers: Tinypdf, PDFCreator, or Foxit PDF Creator.
