1. Set an example. An innovative company must start with its founding fathers and senior executives. Even the most creative founders cannot rely solely on their own power to drive innovation. 6. Carefully consider the ideas proposed by employees. If the ideas proposed by employees are rejected without being taken seriously or seriously considered, or worse, they are ridiculed by employers, their enthusiasm for innovation will not continue. If the employer and employee are friends, they will hurt each other's feelings. You can develop a system that gets employee ideas to ensure that innovative ideas will not disappear into the black hole. Listen carefully to the creativity and respect of every employee, and ensure that other employees adopt such an attitude.

7. Creative execution. Although this is obvious, many innovative projects tend to be verbal and there are no signs of implementation. If you have no motivation for employee creativity, you will find that the company's creative well will soon dry up. Do not miss a good time to execute ideas. Select two or three potential employee ideas, and then assemble the team members to correct them, and finally select at least one for testing.
