Comparison model of two array order rates

For the definition of the order rate, the {1 2 3 4 5} set is correct and ordered, but {2 3 1 4 5} is incorrect. Its order rate: for 2, the distribution of three of the remaining four numbers is correct (3, 4, 5 are distributed on the Right of 2, correct; but the position of 1 is wrong, it should be on the left of 2 ), the order rate is 3/4, 3/4 for 3, 2/4 for 1, 4/4 for 4, and 4/4 for 5, so the overall order rate is (3/4 + 3/4 + 2/4 + 1 + 1)/4 = 0.8
