As the number of models reaches nine, including four z77, z77, z75, and b75 desktop models, the specification differences between five models of the notebook hm77, hm76, hm75, hm70, and um77 are rather cumbersome. Therefore, we specially collected some official technical materials from Intel, summarize the differences and differences between the nine chipsets.
Intel 7 Series chipset adopts 65nm technology and FCBGA encapsulation. The desktop version has 27x27mm, 942 welding balls, 0.7mm Ball spacing, 6.7 thermal design power consumption, and 25x25mm mobile version, the number of welding balls is 989, the ball spacing is 0.6mm, the thermal design power consumption is 4.1 W, and the standby power is 3.7 W. Only um77 for Ultrabook is 3.0 W.
The price is the same as previously disclosed. The four desktop versions are USD 48, USD 43, USD 40, and USD 37 in sequence, only $48 and $43 for hm77 and hm76 are available in the mobile edition. Others are unknown.
