W3C released the latest HTML 5 Working Draft in January 22. The HTML 5 workgroup includes AOL, Apple, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Mozilla, Nokia, opera, and hundreds of other developers. Some new features in HTML 5: Functions embedded in audio, video, and image, client data storage, and interactive documents. Other features include new page elements, such
<Header>, <section>, <footer>, and <figure>.

HTML 5 improves interoperability and reduces development costs by developing precise rules on how to handle all HTML elements and how to recover from errors.
