Headset resurrection (Entire Process)

Of course there should be a pair of ear plugs for children who like to listen to songs, so that they can truly enjoy wonderful music. But the ear plug is quite bad. Maybe only one ear is ringing in a day, but the lead of a pinch and a motion plug will occasionally ring, as a matter of fact, you may be able to get together with your ears )...... But the two ears are not ringing. The earplugs of about 10 yuan should be moved into the garbage bin when one ear rings. Otherwise, it is not music appreciation, it is said to be miserable; however, if you lose more than 50 yuan of earplugs or original earplugs, it's a pity... Is there a way to restore the dead ears? The answer is of course yes and absolutely yes. As long as you follow the steps below, the success rate is above 100%!

1. Detect damaged parts.

1. the vulnerable parts of the ear plug are the ear plug (figure 1) and the ear plug listening head (figure 2). There is a tensile fiber wound in the lead, which is generally not broken.

 

 

2. Determine whether the plug is damaged.

If the plug is inserted on any P3, shake the lead close to the plug position, as long as the two ears are ringing, the listening head must be OK, the damaged part must be the plug. If only one ear rings. Further detection is required.

3. Determine whether the listening header is damaged.

The general good ear plug listening head is not bonded with a kubernetes, but with a soft adhesive. It is doomed that it will not be a one-time task. Use a knife or a small screwdriver to gently open the heartbeat lid and we will see the small speaker inside. There are two poles on the back of the Speaker. Adjust the multimeter to the ohm and try to touch the two poles with the two probes in the table. If the multimeter table needle has a large deflection, the head coil lead is not broken, that is, the plug is damaged; if the table needle has no deflection, the head is damaged.

[If there is no multimeter, it can be replaced by a low-voltage power supply or a Dry Battery, even if there is no low-voltage power supply, do not try it with 220 volts, it doesn't matter if the headset is useless, the loss of life is not worth it. Connect the two wires of the positive and negative power supply to the two electrodes of the speaker respectively. If the sound of "sick" is sent, the plug is damaged; otherwise, the head is damaged]

Ii. Repair

1. Damaged listening head

Most of the damage to the ear plug listening head is caused by the broken coil lead. In this way, the speaker is declared to be decommissioned. There are two ways to deal with it: ① slowly uncover the thin film of the speaker and round the coil out enough wires, welded with soldering iron on two poles. The effect of this method is poor, and the sound effect is worse than that of cheap headphones.

② Remove the speaker replacement from other old headphones.

2. Plug damage (70% or more earplugs are damaged)

① The plug of a good earphone is two layers, with a hard core inside and a soft jacket outside, while the two layers can be separated, which is doomed to be not disposable. Be careful to separate the two so that the cover moves backward along the wire and cut off the wires near the plug (1 cm at one end of the plug and 3 cm at one end of the head ).

② Strip the wire at the cutting position about 1cm of the plastic outsourcing lines to expose the enamelled lines. (Effect 3)

③ Use a knife to scrape all the enamelled wires at the end of 5cm to expose copper wires, compress them into strands, and plating a layer of tin with an electric soldering iron. (4)

④ Four wires have three colors: two golden yellow wires, one red wire, and one blue wire. The golden yellow connector connects the public pole, and the red and blue cables connect the two non-public poles respectively. Solder the colored wires at both ends. (Effect 5)

⑤ Trim the excess parts of the connector with a nail clippers. (Effect 6)

6. Use insulating paper tape to separate and wrap solder joints. (Effect 7)

7. Apply the plug-in back to the headset! (Effect 8)

Iii. Conclusion

DIY is usually used as a pleasure. if something breaks down, you can either repair it yourself, or enter the recycle bin, and seldom enter the repair shop. You can also buy some electronic components. However, because of the monopoly, the boss generally only sells services and does not sell components, and then chooses online shopping (some children's shoes that have a fever in the maintenance of electronic products cannot buy components or tools, so online shopping is undoubtedly the best choice ).
