Completely solve the Import wizard issue with selenium startup Firefox every time

This is a problem that you will often encounter when you have just contacted selenium to do web automation testing. The Import wizard appears every time you use selenium to start Firefox, and you can only continue running by manually clicking the Cancel case.

This problem is plagued by beginners for every automated test. The river in the early Times also met. The following is the solution to the idea.

Many beginners in the encounter problems often want to direct Baidu, without their own thinking. Therefore, a lot of online solutions have caused a direct palliative to the root cause, misleading a lot of people. (I'll talk about it later)

Let's talk about my solution first.

1. Use Google instead of using Baidu Search solution, in English instead of Chinese to do the searching;

2. Analyze the principle of the problem, not the rough and shallow solution;

3. Record the steps to resolve and set good headline keywords, hope more people see, solve their pain.

There is a default profile in Firefox, which is created by default as soon as you install Firefox.

You can perform the firefox-p command Check in the Start Menu run text box.

Click OK to see it. There is only one default user profile.

The Import wizard appears by default every time you use selenium to start Firefox. Our solution is to create a user file that is dedicated to selenium use.

Create a new user profile by tapping "Create profiles".

This is the result after creation. When you start Firefox again you will find that annoying pop-up windows are gone.

If you use Baidu Search, you will find a solution on the internet, they will go to the Firefox Profiles.ini file to modify Isrelative=1->isrelative=0

This solution, I tried, the computer does not boot can also, once restarted, there will be annoying import wizard. Did not solve the problem completely.

This is two different ways of solving the two kinds of thinking. Which is better than a glance at it.
