1. Remote Desktop Connection
1) Click "start"-to "program" or "All Programs"-to "attachment"-to "communication"-and then click "Remote Desktop Connection ".
2) In "computer", type the computer name or IP address. This computer can be a terminal server, or a computer running Windows professional or Windows Server with "Remote Desktop" enabled, and you have the permission to access it using "Remote Desktop.
3) Click Connect ". The "Log on to Windows" dialog box appears.
4) in the "log on to Windows" dialog box, type the user name, password, and domain (if needed), and then click "OK ".
Note: To change connection settings (such as screen size, automatic logon information, and performance options), click "options" before connection ". For more information, see change connection settings.
If the "Save Password" option is unavailable, the "Do Not Allow password saving" policy is enabled.
