Most of the time, our teachers feel that the lesson is not enough and hope to increase the lesson. Mr Chen asked us to think backwards: "If the lesson is half the current time, what should we do without reducing the amount of content ?", Do not perform addition or subtraction. When we think, "Why do students need to take this course (this knowledge point )?" Teachers, especially college teachers, cannot become nanny for students. They are eager to learn and feed their knowledge. Teachers have the responsibility to clarify their teaching objectives, use appropriate teaching methods to interact with students, and make the classroom interesting and rewarding; it is also the responsibility of students to preview, do homework, and interact with teachers in the classroom according to their requirements. By blurring the boundaries of responsibility, we will also lose our teaching objectives. In addition, comprehensive students often reflect that "there are too many courses in computer science, but there is not a deep learning". In the tutorial class, Teacher Chen shared his practice. "If a problem is very important, this problem may occur repeatedly, but the forms may be different each time. It does not include as many problems as possible, but makes important questions impressive to students." 2.2Once again, I had a deep feeling about the student's learning situation. Sometimes a teacher needs four or even six classes a day, but the students on the podium have four (or six) classes, and they feel totally different. We are teaching children of others, while our children are asking others to teach. If we do not do our duty and stick to the bottom line of teachers' teaching, we have no reason to complain about the inresponsibility of primary and secondary school teachers. Teaching is more important than teaching. "Only with the high investment of high-level teachers can we infect and lead students' learning motivations, and thus open up broad possibilities for general education, in this way, 'how to teach 'is more important than 'what to teach ". Mr. Zhang Minghua from Sanming University is admired for his persistent commitment to teaching. Although Mr. Zhang experienced setbacks on the road of exploration, the teaching effect may be better than skill teaching. The same is true for Mr. He Lijian from Yantai University. · Feeling 3: The expression ability of teachers needs to be improved. The eight goals of Undergraduate Education proposed by Bock, former Principal of Harvard University: 1. verbal and written expression skills; 2. critical thinking ability; 3. moral reasoning capability; 4. citizenship 5. adapt to multicultural literacy; 6. globalization literacy; 7. broad interests and knowledge; 8. employment ability. Only with clear objectives can we think about what kind of curriculum system, faculty, and support conditions should we use to achieve our goals. Our teachers should consciously improve these abilities, especially "verbal and written expression ability ". Listening to the languages of teachers Chen and Li, I can feel their profound language skills and profound knowledge (breadth), and there are very few auxiliary words. Teachers can improve their ability to read and summarize their poems and books. · Experience 4: teachers should have basic etiquette skills. In general, teachers in colleges and universities are relatively unrefined, but the neat and refreshing posture will affect students' aesthetic and learning interests. At the beginning of my work, I was reminded by a senior engineer that "do not wear heel sandals that are not obvious during work hours" and "do not wear casual seven-pants (many pants) when you enter the classroom )", although it was uncomfortable to hear these words at the time, they benefited their whole life. · Experience 5: teaching methods are better than exquisite PPT. Zhou Shiping from Yantai University and Zhang Minghua from Sanming University are all using the OJ platform for programming teaching (Mr Chen's course is also used ). We plan to use hangdian's OJ platform, and continue to use the csdn blog as an online platform for student assignment sharing to Improve Students' expression and summarization skills. Iv. confusions and Problems(1) 2. How should I locate myself when college teachers participate in MOOC? My initial answer is: Use MOOC platform for learning; Use MOOC platform content to assist teaching (as a source of materials and learning ); use laptop and other simple tools to create a small number of "micro-courses" (for key and difficult points ). (2) What are the similarities and differences between flipped classroom, MOOC and guided Teaching?
