Configure flash cs5.5 to support flash player11 and air3.0

Although the title of this article is for cs5.5, it is still useful for cs4 and cs5!

 

   Adobe released at 2011.10.4 Beijing TimeFlash player11 and air3.0! The new player adds a set of low-level hardware GPU-accelerated 3D APIs for improved performance. In any case, this seems to have been waiting for a long time! Before the flash cs5.5 patch is officially released, experience the new features with a slight configuration in advance:

   1. Is the Configuration Complex? Maybe! However, it should be easy to complete the configuration according to the following steps.

   2. Is my platform compliant? As long as the principle is clear, there is no obstacle. My platform is Windows 7 flagship edition. Of course, Windows XP is the same, but the paths in some places are different.

   3. Detailed configuration steps:

   (1) download: This is not required. It is required! Give an official download URL: http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

If you do not know which one to download? You have downloaded all the above two images! However, since air has also been upgraded to 3.0, the SDK package of air 3.0 is also downloaded: http://www.adobe.com/special/products/air/sdk/. this is of course a Windows system platform!

In addition, since the flex SDK is also upgraded to version 4.5.1, so this also needs to download: http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+4.5,

 

The old version of the original system needs to be deleted, so you need to download an uninstall tool: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe
At this point, all the files to be downloaded have been completed.!

 

   (2) Configuration: Flash cs5.5

   Step 1: process the Adobe \ Adobe Flash cs5.5 \ players folder. Change flashplayer.exe to the downloaded file.

   Question: How can I replace the downloaded files with correct ones? After flashplayer_11_sa_32bit.exeis renamed as flashplayer.exeCopyThe players folder and the flashplayer_11_sa_debug_32bit.exename in the players \ releasefolder are copied to the players \ debug folder.

   Step 2: process the Adobe \ Adobe Flash cs5.5 \ common \ configuration folder. There are three main points to modify:

   A) in the Adobe \ Adobe Flash cs5.5 \ common \ Configuration \ ActionScript 3.0 \ folder, separate the air2.7and fp11.0 files from the adobeairsdk.zip file and find airglobal in \ frameworks \ libs \ Air. copy the SWC file to the air2.7 folder, and rename the downloaded playerglobal11_0.swc file to playerglobal. copy SWC to the fp11.0 folder.

   B ),Open the Adobe \ Adobe Flash cs5.5 \ common \ Configuration \ ActionScript 3.0 \ flex_sdk folder, copy the 4.0.0 folder, and rename the copied folder to 4.5.1,

In this way, the same folder structure as 4.0.0 is obtained quickly! Open the frameworks \ libs folder in sequence and replace the flex.swc file into the core. SWC file in the flex_sdk_4.5.1.20.28.zip package.
   C) Open the Adobe \ Adobe Flash cs5.5 \ common \ Configuration \ players folder and add a configuration file. To save space, I have changed the configuration file to a package and uploaded it to the space.Click here to download.
Step 3: replace the files in the Adobe \ Adobe Flash cs5.5 \ air2.6 folder with the latest air3.0. You can copy all the files in this folder to this folder.

 

   (3) Follow-up: Modify the default configuration of Flash cs5.5. This step requires you to open the hidden file options, and then c: \ Users \ your USERNAME \ appdata \ Local \ Adobe \ Flash

If your computer has an independent graphics card or supports GPU acceleration, change 94 lines of hardware acceleration code to 2, that is:

   (4) Flash cs5.5 Parameters: Start the flash cs5.5 software and create a new as3.0 file. In the attribute bar, you will immediately find that the release settings have already pointed to flasy player 11.0. If you enable the release settings, you will see that the hardware acceleration is already "2nd-GPU ". Open "edit"-"preferred parameter"-"ActionScript"-"ActionScript"
