In Word2003, a user can control some of its features by setting the options for the Office Assistant, as described in the following procedure:
Step 1th, right-click the Office Assistant icon and choose Options on the shortcut menu that opens, as shown in Figure 1.

Step 2nd, open the Office Assistant dialog box and switch to the Assistant Home tab. The user can select a variety of cartoon assistant images by clicking the "previous" or "Next" button, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 3rd, in the Office Assistant dialog box, switch to the Options tab, where users can set various features of the Office Assistant. If you select the Use Office Assistant check box, you can open the Office Assistant and set some of its features, such as whether to display a warning message, sound effects, or whether to show "cumulative" at startup, as shown in Figure 3.
