Configuring the JAVAC Environment

The initial javac is not available by default, such as:

System variables-New variable name: Java_home variable Value: (C:\Program files\java\jdk1.7.0_03) (This is just my JDK installation path)
Variable name, editor, System variable: Path is preceded by the value of the variable: (%java_home%\bin;)
Variable name: CLASSPATH variable, System variable-value: (.; %java_home%\lib;%java_home%\lib\dt.jar;%java_home%\lib\tools.jar;)
