In the 1.vmware network editor, set the host only network segment (VMNET3), and then select the appropriate network in VMware settings.

For example: 192.168.30.0

2. The virtual machine set 30 network segment IP address (such as: 192.168.30.99), the gateway to the real machine set the IP address (such as 192.168.100.10), after the setup, you need to restart the network service

3. In the network connection of the real machine, select the corresponding virtual network card, such as Vmnet3 is the host only network card, add the corresponding address (such as: 192.168.100.10),
