Because the Server login account has been in use for a long time, there is a certain security risk, we plan to enable a new account.
First, ask the network administrator to create a new domain account and set the password.
Then add the new account to the Administrator group and retain the old account. Then, set the following items:
- IISSettings:If a specific user is specified for the previously released system, you need to reset it. Otherwise, it will not be changed.
- Task Plan:Select the following two options, find the existing domain account, and add it
- SQL Server Logon:To assign permissions to the new account in login, you can refer to the permissions of the old account and assign the SysAdmin role.
- SQL server startup settings:Open the SQL Server Configuration Manager and set it to a new account for Logon. Set SSRs in the report service Configuration Manager.
- User credential settings:Check whether the creden are used in the account. If yes, go to the control panel --> User Account --> Manage Your creden。 and re-add them.
- Finally, check whether any third-party software is installed on the server or the domain account is specified in the self-developed system.
- In this way, you can remove the old account and officially enable the new account.
