Contingency plan
A practice of accepting project risks in advance to plan the specific steps that should be taken when the accepted risk occurs.
There is a need to establish a contingency reserve to address known risks and known-unknown risks.
The contingency plan also provides for the risk trigger, that is, the contingency plan in the event of any indication. Bounce back Plan
The standby response plan is used where the master response plan does not work. Contingency measures
An emergency, unplanned response to a risk that has taken place
Contingency measures respond to unknown risks by allocating management reserves. Management reserves are not included in the scope of the project baseline. corrective actions include contingency plans and contingency measures. Both the bounce plan and contingency plan can target threats or opportunities, and contingency measures can only be targeted at threats.
