I have grown from a mediocre professional manager to a respected management consultant and trainer with an independent perspective and innovative approach. First of all, I would like to thank the "eye Insight" asked me to do consulting business owners and asked me to lecture the body responsible. As a counselor, I think I'm qualified. As a trainer, I still can not adapt to some people's requirements for trainers: Listen to the comfort, listening to excitement. I always go my own way and say what I think, what I do, and offend a lot of people. From the first day of my career in this industry, I have warned myself: do not fight first, only do the only. Let management theory easy to understand, let management method simple and easy-this is my lifelong pursuit! Not conservative, not superstitious master, breaking the tradition, break the routine, so that the enterprise practitioners regardless of the degree of listening to understand, regardless of work experience learned will-this is my lifelong pursuit! The case is just an inspiration, not a method. I speak or write, can use, need to transform, need to land. I can use the enterprise without conversion, but I am incompetent. It's hard to obey.

In helping the enterprise progress, while helping the young people who are interested in business management consulting is my hobby and desire. Many interested in management consulting peers with me to discuss, and even some modest people to worship me as a teacher-I know not enough, refused a lot of enthusiastic friend's request, but give them help, let more people share my business management views or methods, but I am very happy one thing. The teacher was born to me, has been "assuming", but is not willing to work with young peers to become "master and pupil" relationship-I personally believe that the relationship between master and pupil is hindering academic progress. I hope that the consulting colleagues who are interested in my ideas and methods will be able to communicate with me equally, to refute me, to question me, to remind me that academic progress should be made in debates and quarrels.

Good ideas can make people dispel and enlightened, a good way to make people more effective, at least to reduce the novice's groping time. Many of the practices in my book, and not all of them are my own original, are derived from the enterprise practice experience of the summary, consulting services enterprise staff to contribute the most, the students in the classroom studious good thinking also give me a lot of inspiration or reference. It can be said that my book is "Take from the enterprise, use it to the enterprise".

Whenever I am in the business of consulting and discussing with my staff, I am happy and on record, so that I can share it with my friends. Originally not too willing to out of books, afraid of wasting paper, wasting others time of me, but a succession of books, not for others, only willing to share.
