Prepare step 1 before operation:
Click the Insert menu in the slide where you want to insert the audio, select the movies and Sounds command in its Drop-down menu, and choose the sound from File option in the next level of the menu, as shown in Figure 6-30:

Step 2:
When you import an audio file, open the Play Sound Query dialog box for Microsoft Office poerpoint:

We select the "when clicked" Command, right click on the small horn sound icon,

When you view custom animation, you see the following screen:

When you play the PPT, click Audio to play, click Stop, and then click Audio to play ... This is not in line with our requirements. For better control of playback it is more convenient to have obvious control buttons.

Audio control
Step 1
We draw three buttons, inserting the text as play, pause, and stop.

We just need these three buttons to help us complete the task of controlling the audio control:

Select audio, "Custom Animation", found that there are only four options, now is five items, one more "voice operation":

Playback settings: Select audio, "Custom Animation",
Sound action, select Play.

Go back to Custom animation and see the following screen: Select Stop in Sound action:

Select the timing option, click the Drop-down box on the right side of "start effect when clicking the following objects" to select the Trigger object Select "Group 18 (that is, stop button)" to determine.

With the above settings, we can control the playback of audio files by clicking on the three buttons when we show those slides with audio on the slide. Click the Play button, play it, click the Pause button, stop, pause, and then play, click the Stop button and stop playing.
