Procedure:
When you watch a USB flash drive video on a TV, there may be sound-free images or images without sound. The specific solution is as follows:
1. Download the QQ audio and video player from your computer on the official website: http://player.qq.com/and select a video with this image.
2. When the video is paused, select a button similar to a small wrench in the player toolbar, as shown in the following figure:

3. Select the transcoding option in the audio/video toolbox:

4. Select parameter settings when the audio decoding interface appears, as shown in the following figure:
After the parameter settings are clicked on, the following screen is displayed:
In parameter settings, you need to select the video format, video encoding, and audio encoding for the TV. You do not need to select other formats. Click OK.
5. Click browse and select the save path, as shown in the following figure:
After you select browse, the following page appears:
6. Select OK and click the Start option of audio/video transcoding, as shown in the following figure:

After the progress bar reaches 100%, transcoding is completed.
7. A new video file is generated after Transcoding:
8. Transcoded video files can be played after being imported to the TV.
