Convert transcript from YouTube format to SRT format

Recently I have been learning an operating system online course, ucberkley CS 162. I read lecture on YouTube, but it's stuck
Sometimes, so I tried to download it directly. however, firstly it seems no way to complete this task, youbube doesn't provide a Download button for us. fortunately, a friend told me that there is a Brower plugin, which can 'make 'a Download button in YouTube
Page. Great idea, soon I installed fastertube plugin (http://kwizzu.com/) in ff and downloaded some lectures ..

Although having the Download button, things are not perfect, because subtitle is not available while watching video offline. So, keeping on DIY, worked out a Perl
Script to convert transcript from YouTube format to SRT format. Most of players can support SRT format.
