After removing the cartridge, we found that the meshing gears between the toner cartridge and the stirring wheel were snapped, resulting in toner cartridge can not rotate the mixing stick, toner cartridge can not provide toner, but also caused the machine can not work, get back the original powder powder box, the ink will be poured into the original toner cartridge, reload toner cartridge, the fault can be ruled out.
