When you create a hyperlink in a Word 2010 document that is linked to another Word document, you can create a hyperlink between existing Word documents or create a new Word document while creating a hyperlink in an existing Word document. To create a new document hyperlink in a Word 2010 document, the following steps are described:
Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window and select the text you want to create a hyperlink to (refer to the tutorial, create a text hyperlink in a Word 2010 document). Switch to the Insert ribbon and click the Hyperlink button in the Links group, as shown in Figure 2011081201.

Step 2nd, open the Insert Hyperlink dialog box and select the new document option in the link to area. Enter a name for the new document in the new Document name edit box, and then click the Change button in the full path area to select where to save the new document. In the When to edit area, select the start editing new document Radio box opens a new document after you finish creating the hyperlink, and selecting the edit New document later radio box will create only hyperlinks without opening new documents. Settings Complete Click the OK button, as shown in Figure 2011081202.
