When using Microsoft Azure Public cloud services, there are many high IO requirements and normal VMS and storage cannot be met, so we can solve this problem with premium storage.
1. Introduction to Advanced Storage
Azure VM supports attaching multiple premium storage disks, enabling your application to have up to terabytes of storage per VM. With premium storage, applications can achieve 80,000 IOPS (input/output operations per second) and disk throughput of up to MB per second for each VM, and the latency of read operations is very low.
Scalability and performance targets when using premium storage
When you set up a disk for a premium storage account, the number of input/output operations (IOPS) and throughput (bandwidth) per second depends on the disk size. There are currently three types of premium storage disks: P10, P20, and P30. Each of these types has specific IOPS and throughput limits, as shown in the following table:

2. Create Premium Storage Account
Create premium storage accounts with the following commands for PowerShell (PowerShell installation and configuration see previous articles):
New-azurestorageaccout–storageaccountname "Youraccountname"-location "Your Location"-type "Premium_lrs"
