  1. Check when installing VMware installed Vmtools, the method is simple, as long as right click on the created virtual machine, "Install Vmtools" can be determined that there is no installation, or vice versa, is installed.

  2. Right-click on the created virtual machine, select "Settings" option, select "Advanced", choose the shared folder, and add the path to the folder. (if not set, try turning off the virtual machine)

  3. After the installation of VMware, press the key combination ctrl+alt+t into the interrupt command line mode, after entering cd/mnt, ls All files, if not Hgfs manually create this directory, created with mkdir Hgfs.

  4. Then enter the sudo mount-t vmhgfs. host://mnt/hgfs command.

  5. Enter HGFS and use the LS command to view the file.
