Steps:

5. Determine "Initial reporting permission":

Click on "Initial reporting permission":

Initial reporting permission can determine who will fill out the report. This permission is qualified through two parts: departments and roles. Since there is no organization or role to set up, we only set the permissions for the administrator.

Why is it called "final" lookup rights, which is related to workflows . A workflow can set the lookup permissions before the end.

As you can imagine, the "initial" reporting permission is also related to the workflow. If the report has a workflow, the initial reporting permission determines the reporting permission for the first step, and the permissions for the other steps are determined by the workflow settings.

Since we have not set up the organization and role, you can only set the administrator to have access to the lookup.

For large groups, you can also set up more advanced lookup rights .

7. Click on "Version" to set the properties of the template:

8. Click "OK", a blank workbook appears in Excel, where you can draw the "shipping notice".

Where the formula is set: Amount = Unit Price * Quantity

Total Amount = sum of all amounts

9. Click on the "Save" button in Excel to save the template.
