Crowded Extrusion width, how to set?

The author of the SLIC3R, set the% here to connect with the "high". I think it is better to use the crowded to make a test of the line width. The layer should be set as long as the hole is less than half of the diameter, it can be printed well ~

Crowded the head hole 0.4mm, the pen is set crowded the width.

Crowded of plastic material = 0.2 (height) x 0.6 (line width) x 2.4 (line length) mm3

How much does it crowded to print? The algorithm is crowded the line width multiplied by the height, multiplied by the line length.
Layer height is another set of values that will not be changed on this side.
This is the line width to be changed.
After the material crowded, the crowded pressure will start to overflow. The more overflow, the more forgiving the line. The machine will crowded the material at a faster speed to increase the line width.
The smaller the line width, the less crowded the volume. If the line width is less than a certain degree, the height of the crowded will be smaller than the high level, which leads to the crowded material, will not touch the bottom of the base, causing small holes.
I would suggest that the crowded should not be smaller than the diameter of the hole.
And then the most outer ring "perimeters", should be designed to be 130% or so larger than the hole diameter.
(Note that if you hit 130% directly, it is the height of the x130%, not the hole diameter x130%.) )
There is also a first layer, which can be set to 150% of the hole diameter. Increasing the amount of crowded can make the plastic and the printing table have more crowded pressure, which helps to bond the printed piece to the printing table.
The height of the highest do not exceed the diameter, otherwise the adhesion will lack of crowded pressure of the strength of the adhesive effect is very poor.
In addition, if you set a higher layer in the slic3r than the hole diameter, it should cause the section to fail.
Here are a few links to try to explain the process of crowded out plastic. In this example, the crowded hole diameter is 0.4mm, and the first layer is 0.2mm high.

Start crowded material

Slowly

The plastic crowded is now half circular when it touches the printing table.

Continue to crowded the material, at the bottom with the printing table. If the print line width is smaller than the crowded hole diameter, it will happen like this and the lower interface area is very small, there may be a problem with the bonding is not strong.

When the bottom is connected to the diameter of the spray hole (crowded to the exact diameter of 0.4mm). In this way, the bottom surface of the surface area is more ideal, which will not cause the problem of insufficient adhesion.

Continue to crowded material, the plastic starts to spread around. (Crowded in the end of the 0.6mm) in this process, the plastic like the printing table in the direction of continuous crowded pressure, can be enhanced with the printing table adhesive effect. If the hole diameter is 0.4mm, it is suggested that the line width of the first layer is set to 0.6mm.

Plastic will also have the power to crowded upward, need to rely on the crowded out of the lip to suppress overflow, so that there is no plastic to run to a higher position than the crowded. So there is no lip crowded out of the head, crowded out of the width of the suggestion not to exceed the crowded hole diameter.

According to the suggestion, the outer ring "perimeters" should be designed to be 130% or so larger than the hole diameter, Slic 3r perimeters should be 0.52, not 0.42?
I hope that the moderator will be able to understand the Slic 3r other settings.

I wrote the wrong one, 130% or so above the hole diameter, should be 0.52.

You have seen a lot of good things here, but also to contribute to the forum http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?154,75635 on the aspect ratio of the problem, They seem to say that the rate of e and the flow rate of the same situation is actually using aspect ratio to adjust the line fill, of course, I like your width and aperture ratio method, so that can produce higher quality objects, we can adjust the flow rate of E to let the line has the correct fill, BTW: My English is not good, do not know the right

The same problem can be calculated differently.
Under the same flow rate, it is also possible to use a wide ratio to adjust the width of the line. In reality, it is common to set a High line width and then adjust the flow rate according to the width and print path. The flow rate is affected by the high ratio of the bandwidth, not by the effect of the width-to-height ratio.
Thank you for your response ~
