1. If we book a flight or a hotel, we must have an account in Ctrip.

2. We use the account to log in and then can be on the website of "My Ctrip" to see your reservation status

How long does it take to confirm the submission of Ctrip's order ?

Under normal circumstances, your order can be immediately confirmed, a small number of orders need to be confirmed by the hotel, before you can confirm. The period will take some time, please wait patiently. At the latest in the next business day to confirm to you.
