Google Analytics supports exporting the data in the report in four formats: PDF-Portable Document format; XML-extensible Markup Language; Excel (csv, csv for Excel)-comma-delimited values; TSV-tab-delimited values. However, when exporting, Google Analytics only provides 10,25,50,100,250 and 5,006 levels to choose from. and limit the export of only 500 data at a time.
Sometimes it feels inconvenient, for example, when exporting a PDF format we only need the preceding 9 data, or 12 data. In the default option we can only select 10 or 25 of these two quantities to export. Causes the report to display some irrelevant data at the same time. Or to export the keyword report in the traffic source, we need to export more than 500 data in one time must be exported two times, if it is tens of thousands of data is more troublesome.
In fact, we can modify the URL of Google exported data from the definition of the number of exports, and break through the 500 limit, a one-time export 50,000 data. Here is a detailed description of how to operate.
Typically, the steps for exporting data are:
1, open the report to export data.
2. Select the number of rows to display at the bottom of the report (that is, the number of rows to export data.) )
3, click on the top of export, select the exported format.
4, click the export format, Google will open a new window, and pop-up Save the file dialog box.
5. After selecting the file save path, start downloading the exported report.
The steps to customize the number of exported data are:
1, open the report to export data.
2, click on the top of export, select the exported format.
3, click the export format, Google will open a new window, and pop-up Save the file dialog box.
4. Close the Save File dialog box and locate the "&trows=10" parameter in the URL of the window's address bar.
https://www.google.com/analytics/reporting/export?******* &trows=10*******
5, change the number after trows= to the number you want to export. (up to 500 Records)
6, after the confirmation, the window pops the Save File dialog box again. After you select the file save path, start downloading the exported report.
To export 50,000 data at one time, the following steps are:
1, open the report to export data.
2, click on the top of export, select CSV format.
3, click the CSV format to export, Google will open a new window, and pop-up Save the file dialog box.
4, close the Save the file dialog box, in the window address bar URL of the tail plus the parameter "&limit=50000".

5, after the confirmation, the window pops the Save File dialog box again. Choose to save the file save path and start downloading the exported report.
Ps:
1, in Firefox may not be able to operate, because Firefox does not eject a new window.
2, "&limit=50000" only supports CSV format export.
3, more than 500 CSV format data can be customized by the "&limit=" export quantity.
