Customize the firework command to easily resize pictures in batches

If the size of the site image is too large, it will increase the burden on the server, browsing speed will also be affected. The size and volume of the pictures we have taken or obtained are generally large, and we need to adjust the size and quality of the pictures. If it's a group of photos, you need to adjust the batch.

Firework, one of the Three Musketeers for Web pages, is a commonly used web-page image-making tool, which describes how to resize a picture in bulk in firework.

First, the steps to adjust the picture are recorded in the command

1, run Firework8, select "File"--"open", in "Look in" select the directory where the picture, will select the picture, press "open." (See figure 1.jpg below)

2, choose a picture, such as the selection of 1.jpg

3, adjust the picture size, select "Modify"-"canvas"-"image size", "pixel size" width set to "420" pixel, set to "constraint ratio", press "OK". (See figure 2.jpg below)

4, adjust the picture quality, the higher the quality of the picture, the resulting picture capacity will be larger, the picture set to a relatively low quality, you can control the size of the picture capacity. Click "Optimization", you can see this picture quality value is "86", then we choose "jpeg-higher quality" in the Pull-down menu, at this time the "quality" value is "80", of course you can also directly in the quality of the input "70". 5, click "File"-"save".

6, select the "History" in "Frame and history" in the right panel group, select all history (mouse-click to select the first step, hold down the SHIFT key while the mouse left-click the last Step), press "Save steps as command" in the lower-left corner, and in the "Save Command" dialog box, "name" Enter the name of the command, such as enter "resize". Second, use the generated commands to adjust other pictures

Choose picture 2.jpg, click "Command" in "Resize", completed the "One" in "3" to "5" in the steps, completed the modification of 2.jpg, the same modified 3.jpg. (See figure 5.jpg below)

The "resize" command is used as usual when you modify other pictures the next time you open firework.

Combination of batch processing commands and generated commands in firework

If you want to process dozens of or hundreds of pictures at the same time, you can use them in conjunction with the batch command in firework and the "resize" command.

1, click "File"-"Batch processing"

2, the "Batch" dialog box, select the picture you want to adjust, click "Continue". (See figure 6.jpg below)

3, the "Batch" dialog box, click "Command" before the "+" number, expand the "command" item, choose "Resize", click "Add", and then click "Continue." (See figure 7.jpg below)

4, the emergence of another "batch" dialog box, "batch output" such as the selection "and the original file location is the same" then overwrite the original file, you can choose the backup method, or do not choose to Backup, click "Lot." (See figure 8.jpg below)

Iv. Delete new commands

If you want to delete the "resize" command, select Manage saved commands in command, choose Resize, and press DELETE.
