Today, I have consulted with China Telecom, A and other companies about various situations. Our Telecom fee composition in September includes the following parts.
SP fee for office telephone, relay service, ADSL, host hosting, and voice messaging.
The following problems are found:
1. Some employees in the company use the company phone number (non-linear phone number) to call the voice phone number (the cost is 272.80)
2. Some employees in XX branch calls the company's phone number (the fee is 50.7)
3. The head office and XX branch use the company's ADSL to order SP services (the cost is 101 RMB)
4. The company has a public phone which is currently unavailable and the cost is 31 RMB.
5. The company has eight idle lines.
6. The telephone line of XX Company can be canceled currently
7. There is no discount for long distance calls by phone users.
The following solutions are proposed for the above problems.
1. Communicate with the customer manager of China Telecom to cancel the Voice Messaging Service of the switchboard. (an estimated monthly savings of 300 RMB is expected)
2. Communicate with the customer manager of China Telecom to cancel the SP ordering service of ADSL (an estimated savings of 100 RMB per month)
3. Cancel or stop the use of 8 direct lines (an estimated savings of 240 RMB );
4. We recommend that you use 17909 or 96688 for long-distance calls (an estimated savings of 200 RMB per month );
5. Cancel the telephone and ADSL of XX Branch (270 yuan and 333 yuan can be saved)
6. After consulting with Company A, Company A has just provided analog digital lines to replace the current T-Center Test digital relay lines. However, it also needs to purchase one-time equipment, it costs about 3180-RMB (RMB)
In total, the monthly telephone fee can be reduced by 4623 yuan based on the above scheme
