Cygwin install application Cyg-apt package nano not found or ambiguous name, exiting update unsuccessful

Cygwin is a software that uses Linux on Windows and is very lightweight.

In Linux, you can install the software apt-get, there are two ways of installing software in Cygwin:
1. Rerun the setup installer and select Install.
2. Use Apt-cyg to install the software
