Today is the first day of M2. We are here to start scrum.

Today's main task is to clarify the tasks of everyone again. Li Zhang and Yingwei Pan are responsible for the algorithm part of sketch search. They expected to see the results next Monday, but they are scheduled to complete the task next Wednesday because they will go back to school on weekends. The task of Zishun is the UI design, mainly including the design of the sketch page and the design of the selection page, which may need to be communicated with the UI support. The job of Huaping is to beautify the display page, fix some bugs, and learn about BDI. Yupeng's task is to try to localize color search, which may be complicated, but can be used as an alternative for BDI. In addition, everyone has the task of selecting images. Based on the existing workload, we initially allocated the number of images that each person needs to pick, but this will change at any time based on our progress.

Because tfs does not have the M2 folder, so I did not write the workitem yesterday, so today there is no burndown graph, and it should start tomorrow.

This time, we learned from the previous lesson that every task should be strictly accepted in accordance with the standards to prevent the existence of tasks that dev thought were completed but were not actually completed.

At the same time, we will strengthen our communication with our researchers and strive to discover problems in a timely manner, so as to prevent the bug of algorithms from being detected only when milestone is over.
