Close () is the close link, and Dispose () is the disposed object (Garbage collector recycle)
For example, Conn object, close, conn the object itself is still in memory, but also in the connection pool, need to use in the time, can be used directly.
When you call Dispose (), the resource occupied by the Conn object is freed, and the object is not available after it is disposed, waiting for the garbage collector to reclaim the state;
Conn object is recycled, no more connection pool, Conn object no longer exists, need to re-create the next time you need to use it (new)
If all connections are Dispose, the connection must be recreated each time the database is used, which is a resource-intensive operation. So don't use Dispose.
Therefore, for performance purposes, in order to use connection pooling, you cannot dispose, but you must close ().
