Define the function: int strcasecmp (const char * S1, const char * S2 );

Function Description: strcasecmp () is used to compare S1 and S2 strings. Differences in case are automatically ignored during comparison.

Return Value: If the S1 and S2 parameters are the same, 0 is returned. If the S1 length is greater than the S2 length, a value greater than 0 is returned. If the S1 length is smaller than the S2 length, a value smaller than 0 is returned.
