At the same time, they need to make reasonable adjustments through the price mechanism, in order to form a different competitive landscape, and consolidate their customer groups through stable publicity, operation and maintenance. Virtual operators need more flexible options and competitive means, and various requirements will be put forward for basic operators.

Of course, in a larger sense, "smart billing" expands the value chain for better business innovation: on the one hand, "smart billing" will upgrade the existing value chain, in order to carry out more and better businesses, including innovation in business provision methods and in-depth development and use of their own resources, on the other hand, it will derive more complex business types and operation modes, so that more partners can participate in the entire value network.
