No matter what kind of title you have, whether you hold the salary envy of outsiders, whether you are an "old dough stick" in this industry, or a student just entering this industry, they have to consider their own way out, and their development problems after several years or even more.

As the saying goes, "people have no worries, and there must be close worries ". Maybe more people are still confused and have a full life of wine. It may also be because of the meager benefits of living a very short time.

No matter what your current situation is, you have to calm down and think carefully about how to live in the future. The following are some of the approaches that everyone is familiar:

1. Be a technical leader. I believe that most, or a large number of programmers, will choose this technology from the very beginning, every day, I indulge in the fields of Java, C ++, Oracle, SQL server, network, and other technologies. No matter which one of these technologies, as long as you have the foundation, in addition, I believe that I will have my own achievements and the ability to survive in this technology field for one or two years. Now, how can we achieve future development? Should we continue our research or take another path?

2. management personnel. After some technological achievements, some people with management capabilities or opportunities for transformation to management will begin to transition to management. In these cases, your title may be the project manager, Team Leader, and development department director. Some people will be promoted in their own units because of their strong management capabilities, while others may just change to a company in the startup stage, and naturally become managers, after these people become managers, most of them start to focus less on technology and become pure technical managers. Occasionally write programs, but I believe I will pay attention to the development of technologies.

3. Start a business. Many program developers may use their own accumulation or venture capital to set up their own project companies or development companies after seeing new opportunities and gaining some relationships, although many start-ups may fail, they still take a long journey. Many IT personnel from current technical backgrounds follow this path. There are only a few successful people on this path, but they have gained some experience and experience in the future development. In China, if you want to achieve great success, you must start your own business as long as you have your own ideas.

4. Transpose. Although program development is a very popular industry, many people may find a better development direction after some time, or feel that it is too hard or not suitable for themselves, and select the transpose line. There are many industries to switch to. There is nothing to say.

5. Perform training. As program development has become a popular industry, various computer training programs have sprung up, so there is a great demand for teachers, however, many of the teachers who are currently training still lack the test of actual development. Therefore, it is also a good way out for those who have been engaged in program development and have good language skills, in addition, training is less cost-effective than development. However, it may be because developers have been doing development for a long time, and many people are excited about the pursuit of technology. They are not very accustomed to the work of teachers and the days that remain unchanged.
