Three major driversProgram/Manage software
Widcomm and IVT are independent third-party Bluetooth drivers. Most of the Bluetooth adapters on the market use these drivers. Microsoft has built-in Bluetooth drivers and software in Windows XP SP2, but their functions are relatively weak. The three Bluetooth drivers and management software are described below.
1. widcomm
The widcomm Bluetooth management software interface is concise and has excellent system stability. It is a mature Bluetooth management software with good compatibility and fully supports all features of the Nokia PC kit, is currently the most widely used management software.
2. IVT
IVT bluesoleil is a new Bluetooth Management Program. The software consumes less system resources and has low requirements on the system. Its functions are constantly being adjusted.
Compared with widcomm, The ivt software has poor usability and stability. The biggest drawback is its poor compatibility with mobile phone manufacturers such as Nokia and Motorola, for example, IVT bluesoleil is not compatible with the Nokia PC kit.
3. Microsoft
Microsoft does not support Bluetooth until Windows XP SP2, And the Bluetooth driver and management software are built into the system. However, the stability is poor and the disconnection frequency is high, but the advantage is that for some fake Bluetooth adapters, there is no need to worry about finding third-party drivers and management software.
The Bluetooth driver on Windows XP SP2 supports the Nokia PC kit and no third-party drivers attached to the CD are required.
