1 Stop bits;
Total 11bits;
Existing three frames of data to be sent so there is 3*11bits sent;
1bits Transmit time = 1000/600 (Bit/ms)
Time to send three frames = 3 * one * (1000/600) ms = 55MS;

2, about the baud rate 9600 bits per second involved in the transfer time calculation of a frame of data including:
1 Starting Bits:
8 bits of data;
1 Stop bits;
Total 10bits;
Existing 12BYTSS data to be sent so that there is 12*10bits sent;
1bits Transmit time = 1000/9600 (Bit/ms)

Time to send 12bytes data = * (1000/9600) ms = 12.5MS;
