Ding Jinzhi makes a Yuxiang baby suit unqualified

On October 16, March 4, the international environmental protection organization Green Peace investigated the children's clothing samples. The results show that a Yuxiang baby suit made by Ding jizhi does not comply with national standards. The main unqualified items are the detection of toxic and harmful substances nonylphenol ethoxylates (62.7 mg/kg ).
Nonylphenol ethoxylethylene ether (NPE) is a kind of artificial chemicals. It is often used as a surfactant in textile manufacturing and is widely used in the textile industry. Once NPE enters the environment, it will be decomposed into environment hormones nonylphenol (NP ). NP is recognized as a persistent and bioaccumulative toxic and harmful substance, with the ability to simulate natural estrogen.
In the EU, NP and NPE have been banned from being used in most industries, including the textile industry. China has included NP and NPE in the directory of toxic chemicals that strictly restrict import and export, and has included NP in the directory of hazardous chemicals (draft for soliciting opinions) and the "Key prevention and control Chemicals List" in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Environmental Risk Prevention and Control of Chemicals.
