Configure DirectShow

Download and install the baseclasses project and compile it in c: \ Program Files \ microsoft sdks \ windows \ v7.1 \ samples \ multimedia \ DirectShow \ baseclasses. select different compiling environments (debug, debug_mbcs, release, and release_mbcs) as the administrator to obtain four types of strmbasd. lib.
