At the beginning, there was a ready-made project that could be published and logged on to the default. aspx on the homepage through vs2005, but I could not log on by specifying the virtual directory through IIS. Later, I realized that a ready-made project has been bound to a specific domain name. I want to publish via IIS, only the same alias can be specified.
For example, if my original project has been bound to the domain name localhost/dnn, When I transfer this project to another computer for publishing, when I use IIS to specify the virtual directory, dnn must be used as the alias, you cannot use another one. If we use host to log on to localhost/dnn, We will bind a virtual directory name here, such as localhost/dnntest, then we can create a virtual directory named dnntest under IIS to access it.
Under the original dnn system, choose Site Management> site Settings> Advanced Settings> site alias.
