For technical leaders of many technical backgrounds, this state is often not satisfactory, because it is not easy to read the code written by other programmers. The improvement of team productivity is the company's expectations and standards for leaders. So the technical leader may not be satisfied, but he is competent.

So if you are a programmer from a technical leader, be sure to differentiate between "yourself" and "team", you have to consider not how to write faster and better, but how to make everyone write faster and better. In the example above, if you can increase the speed of writing code to 1.5 for the remaining 3 programmers, the code quality is increased to 1.4, and the total productivity is 1.5x1.4x3 = 6.3.
