Recently, in order to allow users to actively participate in the use of OA, the active discussion area allows everyone to participate, and we have tried various methods. OA is the most commonly used system software in daily office work, it is usually used as a tool for reading notifications and receiving emails and does not care about its importance. However, the promotion and application of OA can often achieve many management purposes. Therefore, we cannot simply look at the OA system. After recent work on OA, I also realized that the OA system is a strategic ideological position. Using good OA can quickly unify employee thoughts and collect employee thoughts. Therefore, we should re-define OA to a higher level.
The main measures we have taken include modifying the logon interface, re-designing the homepage after login, re-adjusting the module according to our needs, and modifying the style of the homepage, A self-query program for payroll is developed, which collects opinions on the home page design scheme of the group's official website through OA and voting, and continues in-depth development and promotion of workflow work, in the discussion board, I post management and inspirational posts every day. After these methods, the user's use of OA is well reflected and initially achieved the original goal.
Another one is to use events to stimulate everyone's participation, that is, event marketing. This year, the Group sponsored a Super League football team for marketing. In a recent competition, we also sent a cheerleader to cheer up, of course there were about 200 people, there are still many employees in foreign companies who have not gone. Before the competition, we first preheated the ticket through the OA system, which was issued in this way. We also took some photos at the competition, on the second day of the competition, we posted a post in the Forum, sending a picture of the Competition online, and all the colleagues who participated in the activity actively participated in the reply, many colleagues also sent a lot of photos of the scene with their cell phones. They didn't go to the scene and went up to share their enthusiasm on the court with everyone. On that day, the number of online users of OA had exceeded 700, with more than 150 replies and more than 1200 posts. This can be called an excellent post. Through this incident, employees are more involved in OA, and they are also inspired by their love for the group and their passion for football, in the future, we will pay more attention to group-related activities in OA.
