As a continuation of last year's MOF series of courses, the Exchange server startup series of lectures will begin from the perspective of project management and system operation, describe the entire process of deploying and operating the Exchange server through a loose case and a large amount of internal enterprise experience.
Based on his daily work and project management experience, the lecturer starts from the business needs and feasibility analysis on a project that establishes an Exchange Server email system for a large enterprise, describes how to create an exchange mail system in a standardized manner. The lecture will provide comprehensive technical knowledge on exchange, outlook, and email-related peripheral software and hardware. It will also focus on how to standardize system deployment and operation in the enterprise.
This series of lectures takes the email system as the starting point to introduce the operation modes and management concepts of key business systems in large enterprises to the audience. It is expected that, after learning, the trainees will not only be able to master the exchange deployment and operation knowledge, but also be able to communicate with others and apply management and operation knowledge to other Microsoft software and application systems.
Lecturer introduction: Yu Yong(PMP/ITIL/MCSE/ccnp/), Senior Consultant of the mail system of a multinational IT consulting service company, and special lecturer of Microsoft technet. With rich experience in designing, deploying, managing, migrating, and operating large-scale email systems, you have profound and unique insights into project management, IT service management, and key business system operations. As a special lecturer, he taught exchange, MOF, and Windows Storage System courses on Microsoft technet's webcast platform, and also assisted other Microsoft departments in customer training programs. The course content and teaching skills were well received by the audience. We are committed to helping it pro groups improve their overall quality by sharing their technical and management experience.

8. precautions during user and system migration
Description: during the execution of the exchange project, after the system installation, debugging, and stress testing are completed, the user migration process is started. In this process, the server is tested by real user load. At this stage, the administrator can discover potential problems with the server, but because it is in the production environment, it also needs to ensure the user's usage is stable and secure. In this lecture, the lecturer will share the user migration experience with the audience. At the request of some audience members, this course will also discuss the migration process from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003.
