1. Download and install shared guard
Go to www.shuyanet.com to download the latest version of shared guard, and select one computer to install shared guard (if you use the host automatic switch function, you must install it on two or more computers ).
1. Chinese characters are not allowed in the installation path. We recommend that you do not change the installation path. Next step:

2. Port Configuration: The default value is the following port. Click "application". If you are prompted that the port is in use, you need to change the port. The port value is between 1024-65535. Try to select a port with a large number, note that the three ports are different.

3. After the port is set successfully, the following dialog box will pop up: Be sure to select "continue"; if there is a firewall, it will prompt you whether to allow the software to pass, be sure to select "allow"

4. After the installation is complete, restart the computer. After the installation is complete, you will be prompted to restart the machine and be sure to restart it.
Note:
1. Other shared software, such as shared yundun and Sygate, cannot be installed in the computer;
2. The software supports Windows 2000/XP/2003 and does not support Vista currently. If it is an XP operating system, make sure that you are not using a lite version;
2. Users who used router dialing must change the connection mode:
Currently, vrouters are used for automatic dial-up. Multiple machines are connected to the Internet to share the Internet. The connection mode is Wan port connected to ADSL cat, and the computer is connected to LAN port respectively. Is a common router and interface:

To use shared guard, you need to change the original connection mode: connect the data cable originally connected to the WAN port to the interface in the LAN port, and connect the computer to the LAN port, do not use the WAN port.

3. Establish a dial-up connection:
Create a dial-up connection on the computer where shared guard is installed:
Windows XP/2003: Right-click the desktop network neighbor icon-properties, and select "Create a new connection" in "network task" to enter the dial-up Setup Wizard.
Step: "connect to the Internet"-"manually set my connections"-"connect with a broadband connection requiring the user name and password"-ADSL dialing (ISP name) -Enter your broadband account and password-select "add shortcut on desktop" and click "finish ". The dial-up connection is established.
Windows 2000 systems: see: http://www.shuyanet.com/bbs/read.php? Tid = 9
4. Shared Internet settings for shared GUARD:
After the computer restarts, double-click the desktop shared guard icon to open the shared guard management settings interface. The default user name and password are admin.
Internet sharing settings: after entering the Internet sharing settings interface, click "setting wizard" to enter settings: select the dial-up mode, and next:

In the dialing interface, find the newly established dialing connection "ADSL dialing", enter the account and password below, and next step.
Set a virtual gateway: to avoid conflicts with the addresses of other Intranet devices, we use 192.168.200.1, for example:

Select Local connection for the local Nic interface (if you have multiple network ports, the local connection is the network port connecting to the LAN port of the router). Next:

In this case, you need to select the connection mode. We recommend that you select "Automatic Connection" for monthly subscription users. You can use manual and on-demand connections to complete the settings in the next step. Note: On-Demand connection and manual connection do not support automatic host switch
V. Computer IP Address Settings:
After the shared guard settings are complete, you need to re-allocate the IP addresses of each connected computer (including the machines with shared guard installed ).
Different IP addresses are configured for each computer. The IP addresses are 192.168.200.2 to 192.168.200.254, mask: 255.255.255.0, and Gateway: 192.168.200.1.
To configure an IP address, follow these steps:
Right-click "desktop Network Neighbor"-"properties", right-click "Local Connection"-"properties", and select "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" in the drop-down box )", click "properties"-"Use the following IP Address" and fill in.
DNS is best provided by the local carrier. If you do not know, try Netcom: 202.106.0.20; 218.56.57.58; China Telecom: 219.150.32.132; 202.101.224.68

After all the above settings are complete, click the start/stop button in the upper-right corner of the shared guard page to restart the guard. At this time, all the machines can access the Internet.
