Drawing an organization chart using Visio 2010

First open the Microsoft Visio 2010 drawing software on your computer.

Select the business type in the template type, click the left mouse button to open the Select template interface. You can find the organization Chart template, as shown in the following illustration.

Select org chart template, double click left mouse button to enter the drawing interface. As shown in the following figure.

Select a shape from the left side of the drawing screen, drag it to the drawing frame, and the Connect shape hint pops up and you'll know how easy it is to draw the org chart with Visio 2010.

When you select a shape and place it in the upper-level overlapping position, the system automatically generates the connector, and so on, adding three levels of two posts. As shown in the following figure.

Drag the two-level post shape to automatically adjust the spacing. As shown in the following figure.

In this way to add three levels of post, four posts, a website organization chart is completed.
