One. Use the Clonezilla live backup disk to make the image. Starting two PCs, using Samba_server, the following assumes that you want to back up the PC1 disk to make a mirror, the image is stored on the PC2 disk
1. Create a folder in PC2 and set it to share (Everyone Read/write permissions) and make sure that you can link to the shared folder in PC1.
2. Start DRBL in PC1, enter DRBL after running Clonezilla live, select Save-disk, save in Samba_server. The next step is to configure Samba_server IP.
3. After configuring the Samba_server to select the disk to be backed up, the next configuration can be done by default, if it is NTFS-formatted disk, you can choose Ntfs-ok to skip the check disk and speed up the backup. (select Skip to check mirroring, disk to speed up).
4. After the backup, you should be able to find the corresponding named folder in the previously mentioned shared folder, where the image file is saved.
Two. Use Clonezilla server for bulk deployment startup PC1, configuring Clonezilla server to deploy the recovery task after PXE boot
1. Start DRBL, run Clonezilla server, select Restore-disk, and then configure the IP address.
2. Select Local, then select the previously shared folder, select the image file you want to use, and the next configuration will be the default.
Start the PC that needs to recover the disk, select PXE boot, automatically recover the disk after startup
