One, insert a single radio button
1. Click on the mouse, positioning the cursor in the form frame line, click the "Insert" menu, select the "form" item, in the Pop-up submenu select the "radio button" command.
Or select the form item in the Insert panel and click the Radio button icon, as shown in the following illustration:
Click on the "Window" menu and select "Insert" to open the Insert panel.
2. Click the "radio button" icon, pop-up "input Tag Accessibility Properties" dialog box, set in the dialog box, click the "OK" button, the radio button appears in the document.
3. Click the radio button form control in the document, as shown in the following illustration:

Radio button: Enter a name. The Name property.
Select value: Enter a value for the application to send to the server side or to process the script when the radio button is selected. The Value property.
Initial state: This option is selected when the browser is first loaded, then click on the checked item. Checked property.
Second, tips
If you need to add other radio buttons to the group, you can click the original radio button, and then hold down the CTRL key click the left mouse button and drag to a new location, release the mouse, you can add a new radio button, and finally for the new radio button to modify the value of the selected value text box.
In addition, position the cursor in a box with a red dotted line in the form, press the ENTER key, or you can add multiple radio buttons.
Insert a radio button group
When you can select only one option in a set of selection information, use radio button group. All radio buttons in a group must have the same name, but the field values are different.
1. Click the mouse, positioning the cursor in the form frame line, click the "Insert" menu, select the "form" item, in the Pop-up submenu select "Radio button Group" command.
Or select the form item in the Insert panel and click the Radio button group icon, as shown in the following illustration:
Click on the "Window" menu and select "Insert" to open the Insert panel.

Name: Enter a name. The Name property.
Radio button: "+" means to add a radio button, "-" to indicate the deletion of a radio button.
Click the up and down buttons to sort the radio buttons.
Value: Click "Radio" below the value to enter a new value. The Value property.

3. When the settings are complete, click OK to exit the Radio Button Group dialog box and insert a set of radio buttons in the document.

You can add multiple radio button groups by pressing the ENTER key by positioning the cursor in a box with a red dotted line around the form.
