Problem Description

The disk may be damaged, or the format used is not compatible with Windows ". As shown in the following figure:

The Win7 system prompts "the disc may be damaged. Make sure that the CD is in a format that Windows recognizes. If the disc is not formatted, you need to format it before use ". As shown in the following figure:

 

Cause

The cause of this problem is that QQ browser by default to enable active defense, when the version 2.0.1036.400 TsQBDrv service will stop the system to read the CD-ROM, leading to the computer system cannot recognize the free-drive wireless network card, so this prompt appears. The QQ browser will solve this problem in the next version.

Solution

The following solutions are available:

1. Uninstall the QQ browser and re-plug the wireless network card;

Note:: If you want to continue using the QQ Browser, please download the QQ browser and install it again. After installation, the wireless network card of the free-drive version can still be used normally.

2. Click "open" in the QQ browser.Menu > Set > Security Settings, Do not select active defense (You need to restart your computer to make it take effect), As shown in the following figure:

After the computer restarts, unplug the wireless network card;

3. If the QQ browser has released the latest version, we recommend that you upgrade it to the latest version (the version is later than 2.0.1036.400 ).
